Shipping + Returns
We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, working diligently to ensure your items are on their way as soon as possible. For in-stock items, we aim to dispatch within a few working days.
For pre-order items, please note that our standard processing time is 4–6 weeks, as each piece is made with care and intention. This slower approach helps us reduce waste and honour a more sustainable production model.
